As an Eclectic Therapist, trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities -- I tailor the modality (s) chosen to the specific needs of my client -- through a collaborative process. I function as a Rogerian therapist -- being client centered, and meeting the client where they are, with my non-judgemental and compassionate presence. I also incorporate my view of wholeness as an integration of one's thoughts --- feelings-- body--and values and beliefs -- which I encourage my client to explore. Below you will find a sample of many of the therapeutic modalities of which I am trained and use in my practice.
